THE CONSULT 500 APPROACHConsultative - Creating a sense of ownership and understanding is vital for successful adoption. What's more, your people walk away feeling deeply connected to your collective mission. This has a ripple effect on performance, engagement, and retention, not just for those who are consulted but, for their circle too. Of course, not every employee in your business can be consulted so, the RACI matrix model will be applied.
Immersive - A Design Thinking or a human-centred design approach is adopted to all solutions, resulting in solutions with substance that are unique to your business and people. The initial phase of consultation is dedicated to gaining a deep understanding of your business needs through observation, interviews, examining cases etc.
Emergent - Creating solutions for ambiguous spaces, where there are no trial-and-tested templates, is Consult 500's forte. It is also where the action (and fun) lies, involving creating, testing and iterating MVP's!
